The Collection of Historic Information on Tibetan Earthquakes

Index To Volume II

Notes from translator (Charleen Steinberger):

The "Kashag" is the Tibetan cabinet, a high-level group of people who report to the Dalai Lhama.

The word "School" describes the monastic group of monks and followers who work in a monastery.

Underlined words are place names printed in phonetic English from the Chinese pronunciation. The locations of these underlined towns are currently under investigation in that the Tibetan name is not known.

Other place names are linked to the Tibetan name, and can usually be located on a map.
