REGISTRATION:

We ask each attendee to register for the meeting by sending an email to Tracy Hough at tracy.hough@noaa.gov

Please include LWG2013 as the SUBJECT, and attendance dates and preferred method of contact, either email or phone in the BODY. You will be placed on a list to receive further information regarding the Fall 2013 meeting.

If you are a foreign national, please additionally, fax a visitor form as instructed below.

We will collect information from each attendee for information for site access in advance.

Foreign Nationals and green card holders need advance clearance to access the DSRC building. Please submit a complete Visitor Form and fax it to Tracy Hough at (303) 497-5318. This form must be completed 48 hours in advance of attendee arrival.
