Poster Presenter Information

Poster Submissons

  • If you would like to present a poster at the 2008 Rendezvous, please contact the appropriate CIRES Director.

Placing Posters

  • Everyone is in charge of putting up and taking down his or her own poster. Posters are not delivered ahead of time. Bring them yourself to the Stadium on Wednesday morning.
  • Posters may be put up anytime after 7:30 AM on April 2. Since the event begins 8:30 AM, we strongly recommend that all posters be up by that time. Posters must be taken down by 6:00 PM.
  • All posters will remain up the entire day, but you are required to be at your poster only during your assigned session.
  • Space allowed for each poster is 4 ft x 4 ft. Some overhang is not a problem. Space constraints do not allow for projection or electronics.
  • Tacks and tape will be available.
