Version 1.1.01 Apr 14, 2017 got more precise time of events, added function Load_tstartfiletw(), changed to rtGlobals=3
LS Only analysis code used for LS-ET type of data where the LS data does NOT have any matching MS data.
This code liberally steals globals and data folders from the usual Sparrow code.
However, because we have no MS data, several steps in the analysis are skipped.
Version 1.01 Apr 14, 2017 got more precise time of LS signals, added function Load_tstartfileLS, changed to rtGlobals=3.
