* Fixed a bug having to do with an end of matrix error. Variables affected include ls_maxTime, ls_EstMSArrPt, ls_Dva, etc.

* This tool enables the analysis of the LS "stick", *_lsSt.hdf, files.
Basically the user should press the gold button in the 'Process LS Events' tab and then play with other buttons in other tabs.
* Much squirrel functionality on the squirrel panel is still enabled - specifically the buttons in the MS and PToF tabs.
