Release Notes TADA Version 1.2.1

This is an improved version of TADA v1.2, with some bugs fixed:

- calculation of average mass spectra now really works properly
- correct conversion of signal from bits into Hz (if parameters are correct)
- no error message when loading only P-TOF files
- kill waves that are not needed
