X-Y-GMX-Trusted: 0 Hi Jose, I've just written a new version of the analysis software. There are two differences to the previous version: - It's now possible to load files w/ and w/o datestrings - The sticks are integrated between -0.3 and +0.2 around the exact masses rather than the nominal masses. These exact masses are given in an exact-mass-wave which is taken from James' analysis program - so they are the at this time most agreed exact m/z for the most intensive peak at each integer m/z. This second change to the software is something that was urgently requested by Doug yesterday, so we might want everybody to use this version from now on. In addition it would be great if I could get feedback if the exact-mass wave that is used by users changes. Release notes will follow soon... Cheers, Silke PS: I changed one of the exact masses in my programm (m/z 40) and one the exact-mass wave (m/z 32) according to values given in: Audi et al. (2003); The AME2003 atomic mass evaluation (II). Tables, graphs and references. Nuclear Physics A 729, 337-676
