Hi Jose,


here is the promised new TADA version.


New features include:
- Possibility to average selected runs for average mass spectra and average size distributions (e.g. you can now type: '1, 3, 5, 10-20' if you want to average runs 1, 3, 5 and 10-20).
- Help button in the upper right of the panel, which leads you to the online analysis manual
- IE calibration macro, if you still do IE calibrations in MS mode


I've also updated the analysis manual (attached), so I think it would be a good idea to read it before using the new TADA...  It includes a description of how to use the IE Cal macro and how to change the DC markers.
