Tasks for Michael at the site

  • Immediately upon arrival at the site
    • Check electrical connections with plug tester
    • Label all the plugs in all trailers with the circuit number, if not already labeled.
    • Make power budget sheet for each trailer, post prominently (Jochen may do ahead of time)
      • label every circuit at each trailer with circuit number and group
    • Check all pumps with DustTrak and portable CPC (need to borrow from Suzanne Hering) as they are being installed.
    • Post maps of Caltech and the local area, as well as hardware stores etc. in all trailers (next to door).
    • Pick up rental car (minivan)
  • Not immediately, but during the study
    • Collect samples of chiller water and the chemicals added to it. Discuss that people can sample them if needed. (Bring many small vials to distribute)
    • Keep on top of butanol scrubbing for our CPCs
