Change of Meeting Format, for Reference
This is the change of meeting format that we agreed to per email discussion:
- We keep the 2 hr meetings every 2 weeks, with scheduling of the next meeting decided at the start of each meeting, by looking at the group calendar.
- We start the meetings with the group research presentations, then do journal club, paper review etc if there is time.
- Once or twice a month, we make one of the group lunches on Thu 1 pm (or another day and/or time if needed) mandatory for discussion of business items. Either at the UMC, or perhaps better we do a "brown bag" lunch meeting at S274 with the projector.
