Isabelle Glacier, Sept. 24, 2010, just east of the continental divide. Initial view southwest to over the upper limit of the glacier, which is probably just a perennial snowfield at this point. North flank of Apache Peak is above the snow and ice. To the left (almost due south) is Navajo Peak, just left of the small snowfield/glacier at a notch. Niwot Ridge extends to the east from there, the drainage of the South St. Vrain Creek is just left (north) of that, then Shoshoni Peak rises to the NE above the left edge of the meltwater lake at the lower end of the (former) glacier).
Panorama created with PTGui.
