- Stuff we are taking: PAM + 1 laptop, switching valve system (for PAM) + 2 laptops, SMPS + CPC (no charger), multicomponent box of boxes, DustTrak
- Stuff we are borrowing: HR-TOF-AMS from Eiko Nemitz
- Dates: Feb 23 to Mar 27
- Jose: Jan 31 to Mar 23
- Mike: 17-Feb (pending Eiko's confirmation) till 28-Mar (off for 1 week sometime between 8-Mar and 22-Mar)
- Amber: Depart 20-Feb, arrive 21-Feb --> 8-Mar (could be extended as appropriate)
- Carly: Depart 6-Mar, arrive 7-Mar --> 21-Mar ( " " ")
- Mike will check with Eiko about instrument arrival date
- Amber will deal from PAM and scrubber for O3
- Jose will find:
- will there be internet at the site (at least dial-up)
- Home depot, office depot, radio shack, supermarket...
- Will try to get 4-wheel drive and/or automatic car
- Ask Xavier about the road
- Will find out about cell phones
- Add Amber to email list to the campaign
- determine strategy for accomodation
- Make lists of contacts for campaign (cell phones, addresses, etc)
