Robert Sievers, PhD:

Sievers has served as PI for 5 years to lead a team from Aktiv-Dry LLC, the Serum Institute of India, Sristek, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Johns-Hopkins, CU (which Dr. Cape heads), U. of Kansas, BD Technologies, and the National Jewish Medical and Research Center.

Stephen Cape, PhD:

Cape has served as a CIRES research scientist since 2002 working with Dr. Sievers to advance research into more efficient methods of vaccinating the world's under-served populations.
