We look at this and have a discussion: "Are we going to induce an avalanche from the main part of the roof onto this one? Just how stupid is this?" (I, being very macha, proceed to slip and fall. Right onto one of the skylights. Hans tells me that his nightmares last night included actually falling through one of the skylights. He proceeds with the rest of the roof, while I, ever helpful, decide that the snow coming off the roof and hitting the windows below isn't such a good idea, and is really crying out to be moved.)
