I realized as I was creating these web pages that a huge number of topics were being covered and I couldn’t even summarize them all completely. In the interest of continuity of text, I have not included large numbers of references. I defend this in view of the mixed audience that may view this page but I hope I have included sufficient to allow the casual viewer to quickly get much deeper into the topic.
